Americans With Disabilities Act New Website
The US Department of Justice has announced that it has launched a new and improved version of its Americans With Disabilities Act website. The updated version of the website is designed to more effectively serve the public and expand access for people with disabilities.

Several of our Legislative Policy Priorities are Closing State Centers, End the Waiting List, Fund a Living Wage for Direct Support Professionals, Increase Funding for Infant Toddler Early Intervention, Technology First, Protect Victims with Intellectual Disabilities, Hire People with Disabilities, Burden of Proof on School Districts, Not Parents, Expand Hate Crime Laws, Adequately Fund Public Schools, and Require Public Buildings Install Adult Changing Stations.
