Review the Act

The Disability Information and Access Line (DIAL) connects people with disabilities to local community resources that support independent living. Launched in 2021 by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Community Living, this service helps disabled people access health resources and information about essential services such as transportation, housing support, disability rights, and more.
