Do you need a place to hold a meeting or a conference? Our conference room is available to rent! Rental times are Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, after 5:00 PM depending on staff availability.
Update: we now have a newly renovated, handicap accessible bathroom!

If you’d like to reserve out conference room, you can reserve it by completing the reservation form and mailing it with a check or you can pay online below.
Directions: Complete Step 1 with your contact information and selection of days. After successfully submitting your request, continue to steps 2 & 3 only if you’re required to pay for the conference room rental, see below for more information.

Step 2 – DO NOT continue until you have successfully submitted your request above. If you have a 2 year membership with The Arc, there is no charge for you to use our conference room – you don’t need to go any further.
If you do not have a 2 year membership with The Arc, please select your Initial Rental Fee and click “Add to Cart”. If you need to add additional days, choose the “Continue shopping >” link once you are taken to the cart to return and add your charge for any additional days. Once you add your additional days charge, you’ll be able to select the number of days you wish to add once you’re taken to the shopping cart.
